IP Policy
Clear rules for the OVRIUM brand, site content, commissioned work and third-party rights.
What this policy protects
This policy does not claim that catalogue styles are original, exclusive or owned by OVRIUM.
Our Brand
The OVRIUM name, logo and brand identity belong to OVRIUM LLC. They may not be reproduced or adapted without written permission, except when accurately identifying OVRIUM goods purchased for resale.
Photography & Copy
Site photography and written descriptions remain our property. Stockists may use them to sell OVRIUM goods they purchased, but not to advertise goods sourced elsewhere.
Your Brand & Artwork
Logos, artwork and briefs supplied for private label or custom manufacturing remain yours. We use them only for the commissioned order and do not reuse or disclose them for another customer.
Third-Party Rights
We take intellectual property concerns seriously across our supply chain. Rights holders may report a concern with supporting details for prompt review.
Intellectual Property Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
This policy sets out the intellectual property rules for the OVRIUM website, its content, goods purchased for resale, commissioned work, and how we handle third-party rights. It applies to everyone who uses this site. This policy does not claim that catalogue styles are original to, exclusive to, or owned by OVRIUM LLC. What it does protect is set out below.
1. Definitions
"We", "us", "OVRIUM" means OVRIUM LLC. "Content" means text, product photography, styling imagery, graphics, layout, and copy on this site. "Marks" means the OVRIUM name, logo, and brand identity. "You" means any user, stockist or customer.
2. Our brand and marks
The Marks belong to OVRIUM LLC. You may not use, reproduce, adapt, or register anything confusingly similar to them without our prior written permission 鈥?except that a stockist may use the Marks solely to identify and resell genuine OVRIUM goods they have purchased from us, accurately and without alteration.
3. Our site content
All Content on this site is owned by OVRIUM or used by us under licence, and is protected by copyright and other laws. Except as expressly permitted below, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or create derivative works from our Content.
4. Licence to stockists (product photography and copy)
If you have purchased OVRIUM goods for resale, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our product photography and written descriptions for the sole purpose of marketing and selling the specific OVRIUM goods you bought from us. This licence does not permit you to: use our Content to advertise goods sourced elsewhere; remove or obscure any attribution or watermark; imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation beyond a genuine stockist relationship; or sub-license the Content to any third party. We may revoke this licence at any time.
5. Your brand and artwork
Logos, artwork, tech packs, briefs and specifications you provide to us for private-label or custom manufacturing work remain your intellectual property. We use them only to produce your order. We will not share, resell, or reuse them for any other client without your written consent.
6. Restrictions
You may not use this site or its Content: to infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property; to copy or reproduce any Content beyond the licence in Section 4; to build a competing catalogue, dataset, or database from our Content; or in any way that is unlawful or misleading.
7. Third-party rights and reporting infringement
We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our stockists, suppliers and users to do the same. If you believe any content or product offered on this site infringes intellectual property rights you own or represent, send a notice to service@ovrium.com including: (a) identification of the right you claim is infringed; (b) identification of the specific material or product at issue, with a link; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
8. Our response
On receiving a valid notice, we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question and take reasonable steps with our supply chain. We may forward your notice to the party who supplied the material.
9. Counter-notice
If material you supplied was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a good-faith statement that it was removed by mistake. We will review it in good faith.
10. Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account or stockist relationship of anyone who repeatedly infringes intellectual property rights.
11. Reservation of rights
Any right not expressly granted in this policy is reserved to OVRIUM or its licensors. Nothing on this site should be read as granting any licence beyond what is stated here.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
13. Governing law
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
