Operational terms for wholesale catalogue orders, private label and custom manufacturing projects placed with OVRIUM LLC.

Store terms

Business-to-business use

This website is intended for approved wholesale customers including boutiques, department stores and lifestyle brands. OVRIUM does not offer consumer retail or dropshipping through this store.

Accounts and approval

Wholesale registration is reviewed manually. We normally reply within two business days. Customers are responsible for keeping account and business information accurate.

Orders, minimums and discounts

The minimum order value is $150. Styles may be mixed freely, while each product page states its own quantity requirement. Catalogue discounts apply automatically at the published thresholds and exclude shipping and custom manufacturing production.

Payment

Orders are charged in USD at checkout using an available payment method. High-volume accounts may contact customer service before ordering to discuss suitable arrangements; the website does not promise deferred payment.

Processing and custom production

In-stock orders dispatch within two business days. Private label adds two business days. custom manufacturing production takes two weeks from approved sample and cannot be cancelled after production begins.

Shipping, duties and documentation

Customers select an available service at checkout. Duties and import taxes are included in product pricing; shipping is calculated separately. Shipments are declared accurately at their true commercial value.

Returns and refunds

Returns are generally limited to genuine quality defects and are governed by the Returns & Refunds page. Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

The OVRIUM brand, site photography and copy, and agreed customer-commissioned content are governed by the IP Policy. Catalogue styles are not represented as original, exclusive or owned by OVRIUM.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Questions may be sent to service@ovrium.com. OVRIUM LLC may update these terms when store operations or applicable requirements change.
